Started the construction of the first phase of 8-inch thin film SOI production line.

Completed the 8-inch thin film SOI project.

2011
Obtained ISO9001:2008 certification.
Started the second phase of the construction of 8-inch epitaxial SOI and 6-8-inch thick film SOI production lines.

2012
Obtained ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 certification.
The company's products have passed RoHS and REACH certification.
